Mike is Tony’s son and has been with the agency for 6 years. Mike grew up in Flower Mound and attended Marcus High School, where he ran track. He graduated from North Texas University and was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. Mike's forte is making sure his customers understand their insurance needs as well as their options, and he works hard to ensure he offers them great service.
Mike and his wife Anessa welcomed their daughter Mason in July of 2024, and are delighting in their new roles as parents.

Gail Gregston Randle grew up in Odessa, TX and attended elementary, junior high and Odessa High with Tony. She graduated from Texas Tech with a BFA degree and was a cheerleader as well as a Double T Doll for the baseball team. She is the newest addition to Tony Jones State Farm and takes immense pride in making sure customers are well served. Previously she owned an agriculturally based business, was a university development officer and alumni director, and worked in the insurance industry serving retirees for the last 6 years. She has two children and two granddaughters, Dallas and Hazel.
